- Mid-range ($7,000 to $12,000): new tile, vanity, tub or shower, lighting
- High-end ($12,000+): custom tile, frameless glass, premium fixtures
How to keep it cheap
Keep the layout the same so plumbing stays put, reglaze the tub instead of replacing it, limit tile to the wet areas, and choose quality stock fixtures. These choices stretch a small budget without looking cheap.
